Frozen the Musical A superb show bringing the magic of the screen to the stage for our little people. In an auditorium full of mini Elsa’s and Anna’s, our girl was captivated.
Magical, funny, clever and a great introduction to the West End for kids.

Magical Very true to the film story line, musical scores and costume change amazing. I just think there could have been more done with the snow imagery, needed more dramatic snow scenes, although hard to do on stage.

Colourful and magical The set was simply beautiful. Loved it, especially the snow scenes and staircase. Singing by Elsa was superb.

Great effects and costumes but not appropriate for kids in my opinion I've found sexual innuendo inappropriate for the primary target audience, aka kids.
Also show cast could be improved.

Very colorful with great scenery and use of technology If you like the story of frozen you will find this show very entertaining and a pleasure to watch. Perfect for young girls and their families.

Well worth it!! We found it was all worth every penny. (Even both programs,(£17)one with memorable fotos).

A truly amazing show Not just for children, Frozen - The Musical is a very enjoyable show to see. A fairytale style of story but a production that includes a great storyline, amazing stage effects that bring the magic and fantastically performed songs and music, this is one show I’m glad I saw.

Kids will love it but very expensive We took our 6 year old Granddaughter who loved the show. Its was slick and the special effects were outstanding. However the first half was very long and you could feel the children getting restless and the merchandise was extortionate with an Olaf costing £45.00.

It’s a must see This was a wonderful spectacle for families, friends , genders and anyone that wants to feel happy and swept off their feet.
As an aside theatrical performances should not allow food and drink inside the theater.

ME MORI DE FRIO El espectáculo muy bueno me sorprendió ya que hay parte que agregaron que aportan a la historia, el único tema por lo que me costo disfrutar el EL FRIO tremendo de la sala a punto de temblar y estornudar, la sala parecía un hospital el 50% tosiendo y estornudando. Le falta creatividad a la ambientación del hall del teatro y una marquesina mediocre, apenas se ve, parece un restaurante hotel no un teatro de afuera.

Interesting As an OAP, who didn't really like the film, I wasn't sure whether I would enjoy this or not but I had a spare afternoon and got a good deal on what was an excellent seat and saw reviews saying it wasn't just for little girls but about the theatrics and so decided to give it a whirl. I'm glad I did. The lighting, sets, etc are very good. When the stage was frozen, I definitely felt colder, I assume a trick of the mind. Various things during the performance reminded me of The Lion King and Mamma Mia. All in all it was certainly worth going.

Exceptional show My daughter and I both absolutely loved the show from start to end!!! The costumes were fantastic. Would suggeest getting the best seats as the top balcony was a little far away.

Amazing, imaginative, mesmerising and a must see! My daughter and I went together and as avid Frozen fans we were not disappointed! The singing was so powerful, costume and settings were stunning and we were mesmerised from start to finish. Loved the humour running through the whole show too.

Awe inspiringly brilliant The show was amazing, the singing snd performances from all cast members was excellent. The costumes and set were incredible. I watched with my daughter aged 10 and she was blown away with experience, and the perfect age to appreciate it all. The performance is quite long, so some younger viewers may struggle but plenty of action to keep everyone gripped.

A beautiful show! We absolutely loved our trip to see Frozen! It was a beautiful play and brought us both to tears. The story differed from the film slightly which kept it interesting. The actors were brilliant and the vocals were amazing!The stage set up was fantastic and the scenery looked amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Amazing show for the whole family! This was a birthday gift for our 4 year old Daughter and her first trip to London. I would highly recommend! The staff were amazing. Seats were fantastic and show was phenomenal!

Frozen at its Best! This production is by far the best I have ever seen in the West End. It encapsulates the movie perfectly. Every actor plays their part perfectly especially comedic and musical timings. The staging & costuming is amazing and brings the magic of Disney alive. Samantha Barks et al are simply sublime.

Fantastic production! Everything was just amazing, until the end of the show when once of the actors made an announcement about LGBTQ parade in London, in front of the children that were present. It really upset me that they are pushing such movements/announcements on children, that came to the show cutely dressed as Elsa or Anna, two sisters, and nothing related to LGBTQ.

Frozen the musical Great show and fantastic staging and acting. Only downfall was the part with the can can dancing and actors trying to perform in the nude (with clothes on) but looked like they had nothing on. The story didn’t make sense or fit in with the rest of the show.
As a family show I felt a bit uncomfortable

Fantastic Show!!! Superb singing, acting, music, lighting and effects. Great mix of sticking to original and mixing in some new bits. Great use of humour when appropriate, excellent casting.

Spectacular!! Enjoyed this show so much. It was a present for my daughter's 18th birthday and our first Westend show!

Great show! Even though the story of Frozen is not that great and neither is the music, the costumes and lighting made this one a pleasure to watch even as an adult without kids. The special effects of costume changes and scenography were particularly worth seeing.

Magnificent We went for a very special birthday celebration, my granddaughters fourth birthday. My grandaughter is a huge fan of Frozen and in particular Elsa and it was her first ever introduction to the West End theatre productions. The special effects, beautiful costumes and extremely talented cast had us all spellbound. A truly magnificent performance. Thankyou, we will definitely visit again soon.

Magical In my opinion, the Royal Circle was the perfect place to sit, as we had a great view of the stage & the special effects. The seats are of course tiered which also helps.

Heart pumping, emotive , amazing show! Our first musical production in London did not disappoint. Fabulous show combining amazing singing, dancing and acting! Gripping from beginning to end. The singing was amazing! Wat. Was. Dit. Ik ben echt omver geblazen tot en met. De zang is ongekend, fantastisch! De 'special effects' en costume changes zijn perfect getimed en niet over the top. Ze gaan voldoende weg van de film om er hun eigen ding van te kunnen maken.

It's one of the best broadway show ever .
They stayed close to the original disney movie ... but with a little funny Twinkle on the side .

Dont Let It Go - Come & See It !!! Great show. Very professional acting which was smooth in the transitions between scenes. Appropriate for age 6 and upwards. Great costumes and staging. Comfortable seats. Great theatre with friendly staff.

I’ve seen loads of WE shows this is the best. Took my 9 yr old daughter to see the show. The acting/singing and seamless set changes were fantastic. The music was great and atmosphere felt quite monumental.
